2010 Shakespeare-in-the-Parks

The Comedy of Errors

Portland Actors Ensemble announces auditions for their 41st Annual Shakespeare-in-the-Parks production of The Comedy of Errors. Please call 503-467-6573 for an audition time, or contact PAE via portlandactors@gmail.com. Please bring a headshot and resume and prepare a 2-minute classical monologue of your choice.

Audition dates: Saturday, April 24.  Other arrangements may be made on a limited basis

Callbacks: Sunday and Monday, April 25th and 26th (by appt.)

Rehearsals begin: Mid-June

Auditions: St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, Music Room, lower floor, 1704 Northeast 43rd Avenue 

Rehearsals: Concordia University: Fine Arts Building, 6410 NE 27th Ave, Portland

Performance dates: July 31 - September 6, 2010 (Saturday and Sunday afternoons, plus Labor Day)

Performance location: Parks in and around the Portland area, plus one special performance at the Maryhill Museum in Maryhill, Washington

Director: Grant Turner

Compensation: There is a stipend for performers.

Note: Auditions for Pericles, Prince of Tyre have closed and the play has been cast.
