Tonight begins previews for Antony & Cleopatra!  We will probably start after 7 by a few minutes tonight as we work through a few things we learned last night about the show, the set, and the challenges of bringing this beautiful production into the open air. The set got a little slippery after the sun went down, so our team is working on helping it “get a grip” on the actors’ shoes. We finally got the lights arranged correctly. It got pretty cool as it got dark. And bug spray is vey helpful!

Many Portlanders enjoying a beautiful evening in Laurelhurst Park were a suprised to find that war had broken out near the duck pond between Rome and Egypt, but decided to stop and watch for a while, and we were glad to have their company.  Hopefully everyone comes back for our opening night this Saturday!

Good Will for All!
